Vik Kalsi

Vik Kalsi's practice focuses on real estate. He guides buyers, sellers, and owners through purchases, sales, refinancing, and transfers across the Lower Mainland and British Columbia, and he also acts for clients in wills and estates and criminal matters.

Vik built his practice on a deliberately broad foundation. He articled at ALG Lawyers, where he worked across family, criminal, civil, wills, real estate, and corporate law. That range serves his clients well, because real matters rarely stay inside one area of law. A property purchase can raise estate questions, a will can involve a family company, and a lawyer who has worked on all sides of these issues spots them before they become problems.

He has kept investing in that training. Most recently, Vik earned his Master of Laws (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto in 2021, adding graduate-level study to the practical experience he brings to every file.

Whatever the matter, Vik takes the time to explain each step in plain language and keeps his clients informed from the first meeting through to resolution.
